2. OUR RESPONSE

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:

Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content promptly
Notify the user who posted the content, if applicable
Document the notice for our records

3. COUNTER-NOTIFICATION

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to [email protected] containing:

Your full legal name and contact information
Identification of the content that was removed and its location before removal
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your location
Your electronic or physical signature

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed content within 10 to 14 business days unless the copyright owner files a court action.

4. REPEAT INFRINGERS

The Site reserves the right to terminate accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Site is not liable for any copyright infringement committed by users. We act in good faith to remove infringing content upon receiving valid DMCA notices.
